Spring 2011
Spring 2011! Only 4 months into the year and I’ve finally got around to posting an update. So, it’s been awhile. While the northeast was burried in snow for the past few months and everyone settled into hibernation, I took every opportunity to try and get out of the city.
Katie and I traveled Indianapolis for the Holidays to hang with her family. Right after New Years we had an amazing 2 week trip to Hawaii. It was definitely rad to celebrate my 31st birthday on the beach. Since returning home, I’ve been working with my buddies over at Vault49 . They needed some help on some projects and it’s been really great working with those guys again.
Marcel Dzama - Behind Every Curtain
If you haven’t gotten a chance to check out Marcel Dzama’s “Behind Every Curtain” in NYC at David Zwirner gallery, it closes this weekend! Get over there!
His work has definitely evolved a great deal since I’ve had the pleasure of viewing his “Even the Ghost of the Past” exhibition back in 2008. Two weeks ago I attended his book signing. Needless to say, I was stoked to my book signed.
DirecTV Holidays
Back in the summertime, I was contacted by Directv to create a series of typography and print art for their holiday promotional offers. It’s great to see some of them running in stores now.

Custom Keds
I’ve created a pair of custom Womens Keds. I’ll be posting the artwork to the work section soon.
For now you can view them here.

This summer was a busy one. I was working on some really great projects. Some of which lasted a few months. It just so happened that with the arrival of Fall, I managed to put the finishing touches on a few. Now, with my workload slightly reduced, I’ve been taking some time to travel, visit some friends, and work on some personal artwork. Read More
