Autumn 2010
Autumn 2010 News! Wow, I’ve really been slacking on posts. After such a brutal summer, I’m sure that everyone in NY is happy that Autumn has finally arrived. It’s by far my favorite season, yet such a short one. I’m sure that a week or two after I post this we’ll end up getting snow.
This summer was a busy one. I was working on some really great projects. Some of which lasted a few months. It just so happened that with the arrival of Fall, I managed to put the finishing touches on a few. Now, with my workload slightly reduced, I’ve been taking some time to travel, visit some friends, and work on some personal artwork. Read More
Autumn started out with a visit down to Richmond, VA. I had such a blast and got to see so many good friends. I only wish I could see those guys/girls more often.
Last month I traveled to London. My first time back in town since 2006 when I had stayed for a whole month. Oh english breakfast, how I’ve missed you! It was great getting to catch up and hang with London buddies while checking out some local art events. The Ai Weiwei exhibit at the Tate Modern was awesome. I can now say that I’ve stood on top of 100 million hand painted porcelain sunflower seeds. Check! Such a shame that I had to leave right before the launch of the Moniker Art Fair. I was also supposed to visit Berlin but there was an error with my flight booking. Double Bummer.
After returning home, I went up to Massachusetts to visit my cousin and partake in some fall festivities. Leaf peepin’ and picking! Halloween in NY was an amazing time as always. My neighborhood neighborhood in brooklyn always has so many great Halloween events. I was also excited to be runner up for prom king at this year’s zombie prom. Now that I’m back and look out for some web updates in the near future.
